Seed

A habit app from AshStart

One is enough for today.

Big resolutions rarely last three days. Seed asks for a floor instead of a goal. If your goal is 100 push-ups, your floor is one. On your busiest day and on your worst day, doing one makes today a success — and days that never break add up.

From seed to tree. Coming soon to iOS and Android.

Floor, not goal

The floor is the only thing Seed judges.

Floor

1 push-up

The minimum you keep on your worst day. Meeting it means today counted — there is no other test.

Target

40 push-ups

What you aim for on a good day. Seed records it and never judges you by it.

How we build it

Five principles

  1. 01

    No scolding

A missed day is a signal, not a punishment. Nothing in Seed is painted red, and your streak never resets to zero.

  2. 02

    The floor is sacred

Falling short of your goal is not failure. The floor — the minimum you set for yourself — is the only measure of success.

  3. 03

    Checking in takes a second

Two taps from opening the app. Friction is what makes people quit, so there is almost none.

  4. 04

    People over numbers

Not a statistics dashboard. Seed shows who you are becoming, not how you scored.

  5. 05

    Growth you can see

The seed metaphor is literal. Days that hold the floor accumulate, and what you planted grows into a tree.

Your records stay yours.

No ads, no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers. You can use Seed without signing in at all, and deleting your account erases everything.
